Hrishikesh's Centre of Contemporary Dance is a committed dance organisation based out of the capital city of Karnataka, Bangalore, that aims to promote contemporary dance and physical theatre. Contemporary dance is considered as a new way of communication through the human anatomy which brings originality, creativity, growth, and a new dimension to the representation of dance ballets. The dance school is the only one in the town that provides a library for research on contemporary dance. The company also believes that everyone moves in some way or the other to get over stress and stay fit and connected to our bodies.
