Atul Krishan is a professional flutist and composer based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. He is good at playing fusion, classical, rock and blues music, and is capable of playing bamboo flute, pan flute, recorder, piccolo, algoze, been, and many more instruments. With his imaginative mind and skills in playing the flute, he is quickly winning fame and appreciation of the people. He has performed at many shows in India, as well as in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, South Africa, Kenya, Nairobi, Mombasa, etc. Currently, Atul is working with his own band, Magic of Music, and occasionally joins other bands (Swara, Bombay Bairag). He is a follower of the famous 'Banaras Gharana'. Born in 1994 at Jalandhar, Atul started learning the flute and classical music at the tender age of 10, and presently, taking professional training of flute under the observation of the famous flutist, Sh Paras Nath Ji. He has also learned from Sh Gurdeep Singh (a disciple of Sh Sham Lal Ji, Banaras Gharana). Atul is pursuing his graduation in music at DAV college, Jalandhar, Punjab. Rajesh Cherthala is a professional flutist and saxophonist based out of Kochi, Kerala. From a very young age itself, he possessed a good command over the flute. Pravin Godkhindi is a professional flautist based out of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. He is the first Indian flautist to perform on the 8 Feet contrabass flute. He is one of the top-ranking artists in Hindustani Bansuri by Akashvani (AIR). Pravin was the first Indian to represent bansuri at the World Flute Festival held in Mendoza, Argentina and won national awards for his contribution in films like Beru and Vimukthi. The brand ambassador for AKG Microphones, Pravin started toying with a small flute at the age of three. His first public performance was at the age of six, under the tutorship of Pandit Venkatesh Godkhindi and Vidwan Anoor Ananth Krishna Sharma. Born to a musician family of Allahabad on 24th August 1991, Priyank Krishna got music in his inheritance. He started his formal training in classical music at a very tender age under his father, the prominent Clarinet player of India, Pt Ram Krishna. Accompanying his father in various music concerts, today Priyank Krishna is carving out a niche for himself in the field of Saxophone. In his recital, Priyank likes to combine the melody of Gayaki and intricacies of Tantrakari Styles along with keeping the effectiveness of a western instrument. His performances have been applauded by audiences and music critics as well. He has also an expertise in playing traditional Indian Flute (Bansuri). During his musical journey, Priyank had the chance to be part of some of the most prestigious music ensembles of the country and on an international level. He performed with Mame Khan (Coke Studio fame), Rajasthan Roots, and Kutle Khan Project, just to name a few.
Sandip Chatterjee is a professional santoor player based out of the capital city of West Bengal, Kolkata. A disciple of vocal maestro, Pandit Ajoy Chakraborty, and Pandit Tarun Bhattacharya, he is a rich and accomplished santoor player. He has been heralded as the torch bearer of two Gharanas at the same time – Patiala and Maihar. With his magical strokes over strings, he makes his unique melody speak. A deep rooted explorer in himself has helped him give a dynamic approach to his playing style with one hand where he uses his left hand to lift the strings to play the Jod Jhalla, Alap, and a part of bandish (Gat) by creating an ineffable resonance. Sandip’s music has thickly embroidered innumerable ears by reaching out to a greater world. He has been extensively performing in many concerts and music festivals all around the globe. He has also collaborated with many overseas musicians across genres such as rock, jazz, contemporary, and fusion.
