Project MishraM is a progressive Carnatic fusion band based out of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. The year-old band has participated and won many college fests like MSRMC, IITM, NITK, MSRIT, BMS and have made it to the finals of Strawberry Fields 2k16. Their concept is the fusion of Carnatic music with different genres of western music like jazz, metal, EDM, dubstep, etc. The band has also performed at various venues like UB City, Pebble, B Flat and Indigo Live. Jayant Patnaik is a professional percussionist based out the capital city of India, New Delhi. He is not only a percussionist but a music director as well. He can beatbox as well as play interesting folk music instruments like Arabian duff, cajon, dhudd, hang drum, etc. Surrounded by musical instruments since childhood, Jayant is a versatile and an experienced artist who performs at all kind of shows and events.
