Deepak Rathore is a professional singer based out of Chandigarh. He is also a song writer and composer. He wrote, composed and sang his first song – Tu Jo Nahi Hai Yaha. Deepak is also the founder of Swastik the band. He grew up listening to his mother and grandpa. He also did a home studio recording of the song ‘Daruu', which was released online. Prathaa is a professional singer based out of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. A 14-year-old upcoming singer, Prathaa is trained in Hindustani classical singing by her father, Shri Aniket Khandekar, one of the most sought after music gurus of Gujarat. She also learnt the sugam sangeet from him. Though she has still not started performing hardcore Hindustani classical, she aspires to perform Hindustani classical in her near future and is working hard for it. Prathaa, however, has been performing on stage with her father right from the age of 12, singing songs ranging from classically based film songs to new Hindi film songs. Having been trained in sugam sangeet for more than five years now, she is very good at ghazals, bhajans and light classical songs. Prathaa performed her first solo concert in 2015, where she sang 16 songs encompassing her entire versatility. She sings all genres of music, right from classical and romantic film songs to ghazals and film songs with a western touch. Not being bound by any language, she also does Gujarati and Marathi songs too. The concert began with a full house and remained so until the end, which in itself is a testimony to the audience liking the concert. She was invited to sing in Samanvay, a very prestigious annual Gujarati Sugam Sangeet Festival in Ahmedabad.
Surojit Chatterjee is a professional singer based out of the capital city of West Bengal, Kolkata. He started learning the tabla from the age of seven at Allahabad University and graduated with distinction continuously for eight years. Surojit learned to play the guitar from Tuhin Chatterjee and went on to further guitar expertise and took guidance and learned techniques from the brilliant and reputed guitarist of the state, Amyt Dutta. He started his first western band, Grassroots, with friends while in college that went on to win many awards in inter-college competitions. He started composing and singing for advertising jingles at a later stage. Surojit has worked with almost all the leading advertising agencies like Lintas, Kalakunj, Clarion, HTA, T Sarkar Pvt Ltd, Sobhagya Advertising, etc. He wrote and composed an individual song, Ami Dandike Roina, released with Mohiner Ghoraguli’s project, Abar Bochor Kuri Pore, in the year 1994 that went on to become a smash hit and has a huge fan following till today. His first music album, Mon Amaar, released from Plus Music in the year 1995. He has composed music for a noted film actor, Arjun Chakraborty’s debut music album titled Smritir Shishir Bindu in the year 1996. He also composed music for the BBC documentary on Calcutta titled The Calcutta Chronicles directed by Rahul Dholakia in the year 1997.
