Arpit Manaktala is a percussionist based out of Chandigarh. He is a very talented musician. He has been playing for more than six years now. He began learning tabla at early age of six. Began with light tabla learning, he has entered into classical sphere as well. He has been learning classical tabla from last six years. Now he has added several instruments to his set like djembe, cajon, darbuka, drums, and bongos as well. He plays with ghazal singers, bands, and folk singers.

Nilanjan Ghosh is a professional instrumentalist based out of Kolkata, West Bengal. The composer-music producer-percussionist started training in tabla and Indian classical music at the tender age of five and appeared on stage for the first time at the age of six. He has been performing ever since. Nilanjan started learning tabla under Sri Swapan Naskar and then Pandit Shankar Ghosh and Shri Rupak Bhattacharjee. Presently, he is under the guidance of Sri Shankar Narayanswamy, as a student of mridangam and Carnatic rhythms. In his 23-year-old career, he has experimented with many percussion instruments like the srikhol, drumset, cajon, congas, and darbuka. Presently, he performs as a tabla player and a drummer simultaneously for different studio sessions and music projects. He is one of the most sought-after session artists and, therefore, has many albums under his name, consisting of national and international releases. As far as LIVE performance goes, Nilanjan has appeared in different projects as an individual or as a band and has lent his musical abilities in genres ranging from folk and Indian classical to rock and jazz, and film music to electronica. As a session musician, he has worked for musicians like Shri Kumar Mukherjee, Pt Shantanu Banerjee, Pt Tanmay Bose, and national award-winning music director, Shri Debojyoti Mishra. His combination of songs and pieces has also earned him several prizes. Nilanjan has performed at almost all venues in Kolkata, his hometown, and almost all major Indian cities in India. He has performed in many TV and radio shows as a solo artist or with a group.

ILM The Band is an Indian rock band formed in 2019 by Ghulam Waris Khan (leader/tabla player/percussionist/composer) and Mujahid Ali Khan (keyboard player/songwriter/composer) with Aadil Khan (guitarist: lead/Acoustic) and Pradeep (drummer), completing the lineup managed by Deepak Mawar. Arup Chattopadhyay is a professional tabla player based out of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. He is recognised as one of the most outstanding tabla artists of this generation. He has established himself as a formidable soloist as well as a top-notch accompanist. Arup's performances are admired for their exceptional clarity, tonal quality and deep compositional repertoire, all presented with an innate sense of melody and rhythm. Arup began learning the tabla at the age of six from his father, the eminent tabla player, Pt Pankaj Chattopadhyay. He then came under the tutorship of the world-renowned tabla maestro, Pt Shankar Ghosh, and is one of his premier disciples. He was awarded Top-Grade by All India Radio and Television. Arup has accompanied many of the leading musicians of India such as Ustad Rais Khan, Pt Ravi Shankar, Ustad Shahid Parvez, Ustad Aashish Khan, Pt Nayan Ghosh, Pt Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Lakshmi Shankar, Pt Ajay Chakrabarti, Ustad Rashid Khan, Pt Rajan and Sajan Mishra, Pt Tarun Bhattacharya, the late VG Jog, Pt Kushal Das, and Pt Tejendra Narayan Majumdar among others. Since 1998, Arup has been honoured to accompany the legend, Bharat Ratna Pt Ravi Shankar, in tours throughout US, Europe, Canada, and India, including performances in Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and Barbican Hall. Arup toured the UK with the late Pt Deepak Choudhury many times and with Pt Kartik Seshadri (since 1997) throughout the Canada, USA, Mexico, India, and Australia. Arup is also a highly sought-after tutor and, over the last 14 years, has been a visiting lecturer at University of California, San Diego; previously, he was a professor at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in London (Institute of Indian Culture).

Kishore - Keyboard Player of the band, he is a graduated Sound Engineer and is a key cog in the band. Sunjsh - He is one of the most versatile guitarists that one can find in Bangalore. Passed out from rock base school of music, his passion for music is immense. Pragee - The Percussionist of the band, he is pretty good at what he does. A trained classical tabla player, he has played for various records and has been a part of many events.
Veshesh is a professional percussionist based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. He has an uncanny ability to transform the ordinary into extraordinary with his musical prowess. A mystical aura surrounds him when he amalgamates Indian and Western beats to generate surreal and soothing music. Veshesh is adept at mixing electronic music, dubstep, jazz, house, hip-hop, psychedelic, trance, country, retro, techno, reggae, break beat, downtempo, and ambient with electronic dhol, electronic tabla, mridangam, pakhawaj, djembe, dufli, timbale, cajon, drums, congo, dholak, matka, bhapang, rainsticks, ocean drum, thunder pipe, darbuka, and many more. Having left his imprints in the opening set of a Sonu Nigam show in Bangkok in 2011, he marches ahead with firm determination and irrevocable faith in himself and his hard work. Veshesh has rendered scintillating performances at Apollo Tyres’ annual meet in Hong Kong, Harem, Garden of Five Senses, and at five-star hotels like The Leela, Claridges, Hilton, and Sheraton to name a few. Veshesh took on to Latin and African percussions recently. His jugalbandi with one of the finest female tabla players in India, Anuradha Pal, culminated in a glittering function at the Epicentre, Gurgaon. Veshesh also performed at big music festivals like the Indian Music Conference (IMC) held at Goa, Bangalore, and Delhi. He has been interviewed by leading media groups and channels like Sahara, P7 News, Ayur Living India, and Pragya. Moreover, Veshesh has shared his journey, experiences and even played on his percussions at radio stations like Radio Mirchi with RJ Naved, Meow channel (now OYE 104.8), Rainbow 102.6 FM. Veshesh has been learning music since the age of four. He dedicates three to four hours per day for his riyaaz (practice). Veshesh is a government-certified DJ, whose mixing grips audiences instantaneously. Veshesh has learnt in the traditional gharana styles of Ajarada and Benares. He has been trained on the tabla by Guru Pandit Radhey Shyam of AIR and DD fame. Veshesh has been one of the lucky ones to have attained invaluable dictates from the living legend Ustad Zakir Hussain. He has had the golden opportunity to meet and get tips & lessons from the music maestros like Pt Hari Prasad Chaurasiya, Talvin Singh, Anuradha Pal, Anup Jalota, Vijay Ghate, Taufiq Qureshi, Sabir Khan, Faizal Qureshi, Sivamani, Nayan Ghosh, Yogesh Shamshi, Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma, and contemporary artists Vishal-Shekhar and Sajid-Wajid. Veshesh has honed up his skills under the guidance of his gurus – Pt Radhe Shyam Sharma, Late Ustad Shafat Ahmed Khan, and Mohd Idris Khan. He won the best student award while pursuing diploma in media studies from AAFT/FTP. He has also undertaken advanced training for tabla and is the state level winner in the tabla instrumental. His sequential and recurring performances at parties, college fests, events and concerts iterate his increasing appeal amongst the masses. Veshesh has bagged accolades with his performances at IIT Kanpur, IIT Roorkee, Lovely Professional University, and St Margaret College of Engineering, Jaipur. He has also spread his musical aura at the French Embassy as well. He has put his best foot forward in solemnizing his debut album, Talaash.
It won't be wrong to call Armaan Ali Reza Dehlvi a prodigy when it comes to Indian classical instruments and Sufism. Armaan Ali Reza Dehlvi, son of Sadia Dehlvi, Columnist and author of 'Sufism: The Heart of Islam & The Sufi Courtyard', has been studying Indian classical music and tabla since a very young age. He produces a variety of music, plays LIVE at events and also composes background music for short films. Armaan can lay his hands on tanpura, tabla, morchung, darbukha, harmonium, daf, dholak and little bit of guitar.
Amit Mishra is a professional tabla player based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. Born in 1985, in the renowned Mishra family of Banaras, he belongs to the Banaras gharana of the Indian classical music. Amit developed an interest in tabla and began to learn it under the tutelage of his father, Pt Kishor Kumar and uncle Pt Pramod Kumar Mishra. He also received advanced instructions from his guru, Pt Sharda Sahai, in the guru-shishya parampara (mentor-disciple tradition in Indian classical music).
Gurumurthy Vaidya, also known as 'Tabla Guru' by the people in his circle, is a professional tabla player based out of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. He has been playing the tabla for the last 16 years and has mastered in making the instrument speak. His rendering of tabla notes reminds people of the legendary artistes in the Indian classical music. Born to a musical family from Western Karnataka, rhythm flows in Vaidya's blood. He had his initial tutelage under Pt GS Hegde of Sirsi and the under the famous tabla master, Pt Basavaraj Bendigere. Later, he met his guru, Pt Ravindra Yavagal of Bangalore, from whom he learned and further honed his skills to inculcate Ustad Thirakhawa Khan style of tabla playing. Gurumurthy is a high-grade artist in AIR and has also popularized 'Laya Vinyasa', an ensemble of tabla, pakhawaj, yakshagana chende and mrudanga over many prestigious stages, which has gained its own popularity appealing to the crowds. Pritam Ghoshal is a professional sarod player based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. He was born into a musical family – Late Shri Jaharlal Ghoshal, his grandfather, used to play the percussions and was a renowned singer. He is survived by a number of disciples today. Shri Arun Kumar Ghoshal, Pritam’s father, and two uncles – Shri Arup Kumar Ghoshal and Shri Barun Kumar Ghoshal – are expert violin, tabla, and singer, respectively, as well. Pritam’s first lesson in vocal music started at the age of 14 under the tutelage of his father. He subsequently came into contact with Shri Pranab Naha, a disciple of the great sarod maestro, Pandit Radhika Mohan Moitra. Shri Naha introduced Pritam to the sarod. After the initial three years of Talim, he was fortunate to receive the blessings of Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, the great sarod maestro; in 1995, he accepted Pritam as his disciple.
